  • Since leaving her job to focus solely on The Assist last December, Christina focuses entirely on her business. While she traditionally would like to focus around “standard” work hours, she realizes that this is sometimes not feasible and will accommodate requests outside of that timeframe. As Christina has found out, there is no “clocking out” for an entrepreneur, just a set of healthy boundaries in place in order to enjoy the finer things in life: Family, friends, her fur babies (Petey and Franklin) and husband, Wes.

  • No! While most of The Assist’s administrative work can be done virtually, Christina is available for in-person meetings and event help. The Assist wants to accommodate current and future clients with what works best for them.

  • The Assist services can be found on our website, under services. As we head into 2026, our team will begin strategizing and planning to bring a slightly better, but more accommodating version of The Assist in terms of serving our clients.

  • The utmost professionalism and attention to your needs. Communication, bottom line, is a priority. It always has been for Christina, who, as an administrative and executive assistant, has worked closely alongside individuals in the C-Suite to hone their voice and expectations while furthering their agenda in an efficient way. Proactive and deadline-driven. A journalism-communications major and deadline-driven individual, Christina knows that building systems and putting them in place not only saves money, but gives small business owners time that they would otherwise not have.

  • Christina has over 10-plus of administrative and executive assistant experience and has worked in various professional sectors. She has built The Assist on the foundation of customer service and making sure the business owner and its customers are taken care of first. Professionalism, attention-to-detail, collaboration and brainstorming alongside you comes after that.

  • Absolutely! Your consultation is free (your choice of in-person or virtual). This is your time with The Assist to really discuss and walk through the obstacles you think are holding you back from scaling - or, anything else that may be on your mind. Afterwards, we will collectively come together to see if this is a true fit. If we decide that we would like to move forward - great! The Assist will send an engagement letter and contract listing the deliverables to you that you will approve and boom! We are off to the races working together.

  • We are pretty flexible with our services, however, The Assist tends to work around our three tiers of service.

  • With truthfulness. The Assist is aware that things are going to happen, especially when working with an individual or business that’s new. The best thing that we can do is advocate for the business owner and us to make sure no wires get crossed in the process. If we are unsure of direction, The Assist will always reach out for clarification. We will always think ahead, be proactive, and anticipate the next steps.

  • Of course! Click here for a few.

  • With honesty. The Assist has no problem accommodating last-minute requests, but we really pride ourselves on extensive communication and being proactive. We understand that there are things that are sometimes out of our client’s hands that need to get done. The Assist will always ask for deadlines, too, when it comes to deliverables and project-based tasks to ensure the customer has adequate time to review and The Assist has ample time to get it done.

  • The Assist tailors to our client’s schedule. We will always ask for a deadline or clarification for a start and stop time of a project – and all the details in-between – to ensure that our end of the bargain is held up.

  • The Assist will always ask what communication methods work for the client up front. This will eliminate any unnecessary communications lines that may be overwhelming. While the work is predominantly virtual, Christina has no problem scheduling in-person meetings – she welcomes the collaboration and conversation!
